Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a certified professional coach trained through Erickson Coaching International, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I follow the ICF Code of Ethics, which guides my commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in every session.

With an academic background spanning clinical psychology, social work, and community development, and 20 years of related professional experience, I bring a deeply integrative lens to my coaching practice. I’ve spent a long time working with people and systems, helping them navigate change, hold complexity, and create meaningful shifts from the inside out.

Along the way, one thing has remained constant:
I get the most personal meaning from supporting people to trust themselves and get clear on what really matters.

Coaching is where all of these things come together for me. It's a space where you can hear yourself think, explore the edges of what's possible, and make impactful choices with someone in your corner who isn't there to tell you what to do, but to help you figure out how you want to do it.

My Approach To Coaching

My coaching style is thoughtful, strategic, and grounded in genuine connection.

I create a clear and caring space for clients who are:

  • Navigating transitions

  • Exploring purpose and new possibilities

  • Growing personally or professionally

  • Making decisions that really matter

Sessions are designed to be both reflective and results-oriented. You bring the content (your goals, challenges, insights, ideas), and I bring the structure and coaching tools to support your progress toward the outcome you want.

My commitment in every session is to:

  • Ensure we have a clear focus by helping you define what you want to leave with, and why.

  • Ask questions that spark new insight and help you reconnect with your values, strengths and vision.

  • Focus on your exploration and ownership over the questions and direction that feel most important and useful to you.

  • Support you in designing actions or shifts toward your goals that are aligned, realistic and self-generated.
